Urgent Hiring Quality Engineer | Leading Manufacturing Company | Rajkot Location: Rajkot (Shapar, Metoda, Bhunava, Ravki, Lothada, Pipaliya) Industry Preference: Casting / Auto Components Manufacturing / Engineering / Machine Manufacturing Experience: 1 10 Years Salary: Based on Experience Skills Total Openings: 10+ Job Purpose We are looking for skilled Quality Engineers to join our machine shop team. You will ensure product quality through inspections, process improvements, and close collaboration with the production team. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for machine shop operations. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Identify root causes of defects and drive corrective preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality data logs. Perform dimensional mechanical testing using precision instruments. Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) when required. Train shop floor personnel on quality standards and processes. Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / industry-specific quality standards. Qualifications Skills Required Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering. Prior experience as a Quality Engineer in a machine shop. Strong knowledge of machining processes QC inspection tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Understanding of ISO, IATF, or other quality standards.
