The Quality Control Specialist - Central EDD will oversee the entire quality control process within the Financial Crime department. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 10 - 18years of relevant experience

The Quality Control Specialist - Central EDD will oversee the entire quality control process within the Financial Crime department. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate regular asset quality reviews with provision of analytics insights to identify risks/ opportunities and recommend relevant actions
- Ensure program risk acceptance criteria are reviewed regularly, with timely updates for proactive adaptation to changes in legal /regulatory requirements, business strategies, market environment or portfolio performance
- Assist in building strong controls to mitigate risks across all spectrums (Onboarding, Credit, Operations, Fraud, Reputation)
- Foresee portfolio direction, loss estimates and how to control the same
- Monitor portfolio delinquencies at a micro level - identification of segments, locations and profiles which are delinquent
- Ability to shape the risk appetite of the product in line with growth objectives and Risk Appetite framework of the bank alongside risk-based pricing
- Facilitate implementation of technological interventions like scorecards, digital journeys and automation to the streamline processes
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
