Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong communication skills who can also handle team leadership responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and guiding the QA team throughout the testing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
• Understand project requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual and functional testing for web and application software.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify, track, and report bugs and defects using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression, integration, and UI testing before product release.
• Review test cases prepared by team members and provide guidance.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Good team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
