Role Overview: QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective Key Responsibilities: Must have a clear with basic QA concepts. Good understanding of Agile development methodology Should have good knowledge of SDLC, STLC & Defect Life cycle. Review requirements and specifications docs to understand the application functionality. Should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Mobile application Testing (iOS/ Android) Should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Web application testing Hands-on Experience in Mobile Application end to end, functional, & UI Testing on Android and iOS platforms for hybrid and native applications Good understanding of Mobile Testing concepts like Network testing, Performance testing, Usability testing, Compatibility testing, Deployment & Distribution testing, etc. Should have hands-on experience in API Testing Responsible for creating detailed test cases per module per project and testing them either by manual or automation testing(Automation is optional) Develop test cases and test data, and, prioritize testing activities. Execute all the test cases report defects, and define the severity and priority for each defect. Hands with concepts of Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong Commitment to product excellence and quality. Self-starter with a strong ?can do? belief, committed to delivering quality results on aggressive timelines. Effectively able to work independently with little hands-on supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand customers? needs, expectations, and perspectives. Demonstrated ability to multitask on multiple projects, with good time management skills and staying focused. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse areas. Preferred Skills: Experience with non-functional testing like load testing, performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
