About the Role As an Automation QA, you will ensure the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions. ?? Key Responsibilities Work with product managers & developers to define testing strategies for Salesforce applications. Develop & maintain automated test scripts (functional, regression, performance). Execute manual & automated tests, analyze outcomes, and report defects. Create test plans, test cases, and test data using X-Ray test management. Improve and evolve QA processes and best practices. Monitor and present testing progress & metrics. Troubleshoot issues and support defect resolution. Stay updated on Salesforce testing tools and emerging QA trends. ?? Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5?9 years of QA experience with strong Salesforce automation background. Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Understanding of Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with testing methodologies, integrations, and end-to-end processes. ? Preferred Salesforce Admin or Developer certifications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
