As a QA/QC Engineer at HN Safal, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control across all stages of project execution. The role involves preparing and managing quality documentation, conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and coordinating with site teams, vendors, and clients to maintain the highest construction and safety standards. Job Description About the Role Prepare, update, and supervise the company?s QA/QC manual including all amendments and revisions. Control and distribute all company quality documentation. Monitor all quality-related activities across assigned projects. Perform internal and external audits on behalf of company management. Verify contractor quality requirements and review vendor/contractor documentation submittals. Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate project quality requirements with bidders. Attend client quality management meetings and represent the company in QA/QC matters. Prepare and control project quality system documentation prior to project commencement. Review and assess qualifications and training needs of quality inspection personnel. Monitor and close out nonconformance reports, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Track and improve the effectiveness of the project?s Quality Management System (QMS). Coordinate QA/QC activities with site managers, procurement managers, and customer representatives. Ensure proper statistical reporting methods are applied where required. Address, action, and close all customer complaints related to quality. Control and archive all quality documentation upon project completion. About You Minimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (specialization in Quality Management preferred). Minimum Experience: 5?8 years in QA/QC roles within the real estate or construction industry. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems. Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and construction QA/QC practices. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
