Job Description
Maintain portfolio quality and operational efficiency
Involves credit assessment, JLG proposal, GRT, financial analysis and risk assessment
Evaluate financial information and approve or deny loans based on institutional guidelines with Zero Tolerance
Ensure timely completion of appraisal process within TAT for designated Branch
Coordinate with Sales team on portfolio performance and trends
Track and ensure EMI collection sourced by QAO
Monitor repayment schedules and conduct follow-ups on monthly EMI installments to prevent non-performing assets (NPAs)
Coordinate with field teams for smooth credit processing.
