Role Description

We are seeking a professional who can take end-to-end ownership of our quality function, including:

OQC, IQC and PQC operations
Ensuring adherence to ISO certifications and compliance requirements
Handling and preparing for quality control audits
Experience in Six Sigma methodologies, preferably with Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Coordinating with production and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality

Ideal candidate should have:

Strong experience in quality management in manufacturing
Experience in Six Sigma methodologies, preferably with Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Good understanding of IQC, PQC and OQC processes
Experience with ISO systems, documentation and compliance
Hands-on exposure to customer audits, internal audits and process audits
Strong attention to detail, discipline and problem-solving ability
