Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) – Ile Aux Cerfs

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement innovative Quality Assurance (QA) processes to drive operational excellence.
Develop and implement preventive defect measures to ensure consistent service quality.
Own, monitor, and deliver quality performance metrics (KPIs).
Conduct regular quality audits and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee and support compliance in Data Protection, and Risk Management.

Profile

Graduate with a thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance Management (Quality, Food Safety and Environmental standards, ISO 22000, Earth Check, Travel Life).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within the hotel industry or service sector.
Fully computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident presenter, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
