Job Summary:

Veefly is looking for a QA Engineer with 1 year of experience who is ready to move beyond basic testing and help us scale our automation framework. If you’re comfortable with manual testing but have a growing passion for Selenium, Appium, and API automation, this is your next big step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Quality: Design and execute end-to-end test plans that cover functional, regression, and system testing.
• Build the Future: Transition manual test cases into robust automated scripts using Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• API Deep-Dives: Take ownership of the backend by testing API layers with tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Collaborate & Ship: Work directly with Devs and Product Managers in an Agile environment to catch bugs before they even hit production.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new QA trends and tools to keep our testing stack modern and efficient.

Who You Are

• The Experience: You have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on testing experience and are comfortable in both manual and automated environments.
• The Tech Stack: You’ve worked with Selenium or Appium and have a foundational grasp of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just find a bug; you find the root cause. You’re comfortable with SQL for database checks and Git for version control.
• Communicator: You can explain complex technical issues clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
