We're a small team and this is an opportunity for a motivated, driven person to make an impact in an organization that is growing fast. You will learn a lot and take ownership of multiple responsibilities, with scope for growth as the organization scales. You'll have the opportunity to build the program from the ground up. What you'll need: 2-4 years of experience in automation testing for web and app (Selenium and APM testing) Hands on experience in testing data intense applications and analytics dashboards Experience with API automation & testing Experience in testing web applications on the MERN stack. Proficient in working with Mongodb CRUD application is a plus Good understanding of HTML, CSS, a bit of JavaScript, JSON/XML, etc. Hands on debugging skills in Chrome dev tools, cookies, sessions, etc. Familiarity with Webpack, Typescript, SaaS, other frontend tools is a bonus but not a must Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills Great design intuition and user empathy; An eye for uniformity Worked in agile teams and obsessed with product quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for self-driven, continuous learning on-the-go An ability to have fun while working on the hardest problems What you'll do: Develop test cases, test features & functionality, and develop automated tests to ensure the quality of SaaS product features & several dashboard analytics & reports Collaborate with the development & business teams to ensure product quality is 100% bug free & analytics data is 100% accurate Try and develop processes to automate QA by using techniques around feature functionality, data accuracy, consistency, and overall product quality Develop a QA testing process, conduct functional testing, and retest fixed defects Scale testing to handle defect free releases while managing regular feature & data testing Be the hacker. Fool the system and break things to challenge the development team to promote high quality & follow industry standards Must own the product end-to-end and share product & data quality reports on a daily basis Document any resulting bugs and operations that are not in line with how the software is supposed to operate Constantly seek feedback as well as be the critic of the product to drive development innovation Work closely and communicate proactively to address new challenges and improvements If you don't think you meet all the criteria above but still are interested in the opportunity, please apply!
