📌 Role Overview:

EzeRx HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing & Requirements Documentation Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, traceability, and regulatory readiness of its digital health platforms and device-integrated software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through comprehensive test planning, execution, automation development, and defect management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in web, API, and database testing and be comfortable working in Agile environments. 

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing

• Analyze business and technical requirements.

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.

• Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools.

• Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.

Automation Testing

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.

• Execute automated test suites and analyze results.

• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

API & Database Testing

• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

• Validate API responses and business logic.

• Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.

Collaboration & Quality Improvement

• Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.

• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing best practices.

• Provide quality metrics and testing reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA.

• Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.

• Experience in API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.

• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.

• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter).

• Cloud testing exposure (AWS/Azure).

• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• ISTQB Certification.

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
