Job Description

Purpose: To provide leadership, to lead and supervise the CMM inspectors, MRB Lead and Quality technicians in managing production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage compliant.

Lead and supervise CMM inspectors and quality technician in in-process and final inspection
Manage production demand and loading to meet delivery requirements and manage output hours
Develop SPC template for customer to monitor critical to quality (CTQ), Product Quality Report (PQR), TCD data
Administer Review Material Authorization (RMA) investigation report for further investigation to tally with customer's feedback
Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review with Shop to discuss on root cause analysis and identify ownership. Conduct training to standardize work procedures an instruction for new inspectors
Conduct necessary audits to ensure compliance of procedures & work instructions

Requirements

Degree in Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or other relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance environment in manufacturing industry.
Good problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
Good communication skills
