We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our engineering team in Kochi. This role involves both manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across our fintech platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, and exposure to test automation frameworks. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications.

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to work from the Kochi office during the initial phase.

• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing across web-based applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
• Validate bug fixes and ensure product quality before release
• Participate in test planning and release cycles
• Maintain clear documentation of test results and reports
• Contribute to continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Experience with manual testing and test case design
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Exposure to enterprise software testing environments
• Knowledge of automation frameworks
• Familiarity with programming languages used for automation (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Understanding of fintech or payment systems is an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus
