Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development and product teams to identify issues, document test results, and help deliver a seamless user experience.

📍 Location: South Delhi, New Delhi

🎯 Experience: 1 to 3 years

💻 Work Schedule: 6 days a week (non-negotiable)

💵 Budget: 6 to 9 LPA + ESOPs + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI testing.
• Ensure test coverage for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manual testing (web and/or mobile applications).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of API testing and automation tools is a plus
