Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Project Context: Validating 100% functional parity between legacy Alteryx workflows and the new GCP Drools solution, ensuring sub-second precision for automated SLA triggers.

Core Responsibilities:

Functional Validation: Automate end-to-end tests to ensure parity for Parent Case logic and SLA triggers across NA and EU regions.

SLA Testing: Verify "Ball-in-Court" (BIC) logic and real-time countdown timers to ensure accuracy in Ford vs. Dealer responsibility tracking.

Load Testing: Execute high-volume load tests (up to 50 million cases/year) using customer-standard tools integrated with Dynatrace.

Defect Management: Identify and remediate critical/moderate defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technical Stack: Java-based automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright), Dynatrace, GCP Cloud Logging, API testing tools
