Job Description

Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript
  • Automate web application test cases for SaaS products
  • Develop API automation tests for backend validation
  • Maintain and enhance automation frameworks
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking
  • Generate and maintain test reports and automation coverage metrics

Required Skills

  • 2- 4 years of experience in QA Automation
  • Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript
  • Experience in API testing and automation
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar)

Good To Have

  • Experience with Cucumber / BDD frameworks
  • Experience testing SaaS or web applications
  • Exposure to performance or load testing tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
