Job Title: Manual Tester ? Fintech Domain Experience Required: 3 Years Location: Sector 94, Noida Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiner Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with hands-on experience in the Fintech domain to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, fintech workflows, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute manual test cases , test plans, and test scenarios for fintech products. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing . Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand product requirements. Validate fintech processes like payments, fund transfers, KYC, and transaction modules . Perform API validation using tools like Postman (basic knowledge required). Ensure test deliverables are of high quality and meet project timelines. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning. Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (preferably in Fintech/BFSI domain). Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC , and defect life cycle . Experience in web and mobile application testing . Good understanding of SQL for database validation. Proficiency in using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail , or similar. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Good to Have: Exposure to API testing (Postman). Familiarity with Automation tools (basic understanding of Selenium/Cypress). Knowledge of Fintech regulations , data security , or banking workflows . Qualification: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred.
