Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. Science /Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Microbiology / Food Science
- Fresh graduate, preferably with 1 year of Experience in the bottling, beverage, and/or consumable products industry (FMCG)
- Quality and Regulatory knowledge
- Knowledge of establishing & monitoring the regulatory manual.
- Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Renew local/export product certificates on time.
- Manage and update internal regulatory documentation (SOPs, WIs, etc.).
- Disseminate food safety and quality assurance guidelines across departments.
- Review and improve regulatory SOPs for compliance.
- Maintain accurate artwork, label, and regulatory policy records per SFDA.
- Coordinate with the parent company and consultants on regulatory documentation.
- Assess regulatory processes for complete compliance.
- Provide regulatory training to operations staff.
- Prepare monthly regulatory reports.
- Document regulatory changes and implement QHSE improvements.
- Review food safety and packaging documentation for regulatory submissions/inspections.
- Implement SOPs via Q-Pulse and assist with audits (ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 45001).
