Job Title: Senior Ǫuality Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Ǫuality Analyst to assess software quality through manual testing. Primary duties will include understanding requirements, analyzing.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the client's requirements, analyzing, and collaborating to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prepare the test plan, strategies, and Test cases..
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation strategies for testing activities.
• Manage test environment setup and test data preparation to ensure optimal testing conditions.
• Responsible for Web G mobile application testing.
• Execute test cases across development, staging, and live environments.
• Coordinate performance and load testing activities.
• Able to do Sanity testing after bug fixing.
• Perform defect lifecycle management, including logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and testing issues.
• Share best practices to improve the quality of software.
• Collaborate with developers on defect triage and resolution.
• Conduct test closure activities, including final reports and lessons learned.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables within given timeframes.
• User acceptance testing coordination with BA or Client.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives within an Agile methodology.
• Train, mentor, and support junior testers when they encounter obstacles in testing. Conduct a review of testing for self and juniors. Help TL with quarterly appraisal feedback of junior testers working with you.
  
  

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Any graduate (MCA/MSC IT/ BE)
• Hands-on experience of regression testing and ad hoc testing.
• Ability to create automation scripts (Basic Level).
• Automation testing (Selenium) , performance testing (JMeter),and API testing (Postman,Swagger)
• Should have good written G verbal English communication skills.
• Should understand the agile methodology.
• Good to know SǪL queries and Security testing.
• Basic knowledge of various programming languages (C, C++, Java, .Net, JavaScript ,etc.)
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to prioritize the cases and provide its severity.
