Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing for conversational AI and enterprise applications.
• Validate chatbot, voice bot, and RTA workflows developed on the Kore.ai XO platform.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Conduct API and integration testing across multiple systems and platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
• Validate voice interactions, NLP responses, and conversational flows.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release sign-off documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with the Kore.ai XO Platform.
• Good understanding of Voice Bot / RTA (Real-Time Assistance) testing.
• Strong experience in Integration Testing and API validation.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, and web services testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
