Job Title: Automation Tester

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with at least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role involves close collaboration with development and QA teams to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Identify areas for automation and improve test coverage and efficiency
• Maintain and update automation frameworks and test scripts as needed
• Document test processes, test cases, and results for future reference
• Report, track, and verify defects to ensure timely resolution
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools, technologies, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
