Qualitative Research (Metal& Mines) - Senior Associate/ Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and enhancement of Acuity’s Metals & Mining research and analytics offering.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong influence and ownership to drive successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen delivery frameworks.
• Deliver value‑added insights across multiple research projects and analytical workstreams within the metals & mining value chain.
• Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members while reviewing their deliverables to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Proactively identify risks in deliverables or project workflows and escalate them in a timely manner with appropriate mitigation steps.
• Partner closely with the Acuity Technology Solutions team to explore and implement technology‑driven solutions relevant to client needs.
