Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Manager specializing in QlikSense and SaaS solutions to lead data visualization and analytics initiatives for our clients. In this strategic role, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable business intelligence platforms, driving insights and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, evaluate new technologies, and guide teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards. Software Requirements Required Skills: Extensive experience implementing and managing QlikSense dashboards and SaaS-based analytics solutions Deep understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data visualization best practices Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for SaaS deployments Knowledge of database management systems and data structures (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) Ability to evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for analytics optimization Experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum Preferred Skills: Experience with other BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Knowledge of SaaS architecture and cloud-native deployment best practices Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes Exposure to security and compliance frameworks relevant to SaaS data platforms Overall Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable QlikSense dashboards and SaaS analytics solutions aligned with client requirements Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to team members and junior developers Evaluate emerging BI and SaaS technologies, making strategic recommendations for adoption to improve data insights and operational efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data visualization solutions Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures Oversee project delivery from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and ongoing support Drive process improvements for data accuracy, visualization quality, and system performance Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new BI tools, and cloud technologies to continually enhance the organization?s analytics capabilities Technical Skills (By Category) Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Required: Extensive experience in QlikSense development, including dashboard design, scripting, and data modeling Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or SaaS-based analytics tools Database & Data Management: Required: Strong SQL skills;
