Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a QC Reviewer - Appraisal Management located in Indore. The QC Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing appraisal reports for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, performing quality checks, ensuring formatting consistency, verifying completeness of property valuations, and addressing corrections or escalations as needed. The role also includes timely communication with team members and clients to maintain the highest quality standards and support operational excellence.

The QC Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client guidelines. This role involves identifying defects and driving quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform QC reviews of appraisal reports using CRM/tools

- Validate property data, comps, adjustments, and analysis

- Identify defects, document findings, and maintain QC logs

- Share RCA insights and support process improvements

- Ensure adherence to client guidelines and turnaround times (TAT)

Qualifications:

- 0–5 years of experience in appraisal QC, valuation, or real estate operations

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with tools like Mercury, Appraisal Scope, and Anow (preferred)

- Knowledge of FHA, GSE, and UAD guidelines is a plus

- Location: Indore (Onsite)

- Shift: Night Shift
