Job Description

Monitor continuously the production process to ensure conformity of the finished goods product specifications to preset standards.
Perform the necessary daily verification/calibration for the detection tools/equipment used in the during the manufacturing process like Metal detector, check weigher, sensors, etc…
Ensure good arrangement of finished goods on pallet with correct tagging and place “GO” tag sticker on the pallet.
Place “STOP” tag label on pallets of non-conforming products to ensure that it will not be shipped to FG W/H.
Fill Daily Quality Inspection reports on JDE System and fill necessary actions taken (when needed).
Co-ordinate with production team for required corrective actions upon need.
Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
