Junior Engineer) This is a Skill-Acceleration Program designed for candidates who want to build a strong career in Software Quality Assurance & SDLC processes . You will undergo structured training for 6 months and seamlessly transition into a full-time QA/QC Engineer role. ?? Responsibilities During Internship & Job Training, you will: Quality Assurance & Testing Perform manual testing , functional testing, regression testing & usability testing. Write test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports with high accuracy. Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment QA checks . Ensure product releases follow quality benchmarks and SDLC requirements . Quality Control & Documentation Assist in creating SOPs, quality checklists, and release documentation . Maintain clear records of test results and quality KPIs. Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug fixes & improvements . SDLC Exposure Understand and track product development cycles. Participate in scrum calls, sprint planning, and requirement reviews . Learn to work with tools like Jira, Asana, Postman, Git, etc. Process Management Identify gaps in processes and suggest quality improvements. Ensure that engineering teams follow best practices and product standards. ?? Who Can Apply? We are looking for: Freshers / Recent Graduates (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma, BSc IT, etc.).
