Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-facing QA Automation Lead with strong handson experience in automation, performance, API, and manual testing. The candidate should be capable of defining QA strategy, leading automation initiatives, and driving quality excellence across enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead hands-on automation using Selenium and Appium frameworks

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks

Drive API automation using REST-based frameworks and tools

Plan and execute performance testing, analyze results, and provide recommendations

Lead test execution on cloud-based browser and device platforms

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines

Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce QA best practices

Act as a primary QA point of contact for customer stakeholders

Provide test metrics, quality dashboards, and status reports to leadership

Support and guide manual testing including functional, regression, and exploratory testing

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

Selenium WebDriver (Java / Python)

Appium (Android & iOS automation)

API Testing RestAssured / Postman / Karate

Performance Testing JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling

Cloud Testing Platforms BrowserStack, LambdaTest

Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Playwright
• Docker-based test execution and environment setup
• CI/CD tools Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Exposure to Kubernetes-based testing
