The ideal candidate possesses in-depth functional knowledge and an aptitude for Selenium process and Salesforce systems. In this role, you will work closely with our Salesforce and support teams to build and maintain our Selenium applications stack. The Senior QA Engineer will partner with stakeholders to design, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications and their integrations with third-party solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Selenium WebDriver or Playwright to ensure scalable, high-quality releases within Salesforce. The candidate will also support business stakeholders by conducting demos, providing training, and ensuring adoption of test automation best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows. Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation. Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams. Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications. Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement. Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery. Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years of QA experience with proven expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright. Strong programming skills in Java or Python; Salesforce platform automation experience required. Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Non-Technical Skills Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical insights to diverse audiences.
