QA Engineer

Role Purpose

The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating the Amazon Connect solution across functional, integration, performance, and production readiness areas to ensure a stable, secure, and compliant deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.

Validate contact flows, IVR functionality, call routing, agent workflows, and reporting outputs.

Perform integration testing, authentication validation, and environment-specific configuration testing.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management activities.

Verify fallback mechanisms, cutover activities, and number porting scenarios during migration.

Ensure readiness for staging, go-live deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Maintain accurate QA documentation, test evidence, and defect tracking records.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in QA testing for enterprise applications or contact center platforms.

Hands-on familiarity with Amazon Connect, IVR systems, and telephony workflows.

Ability to create structured test cases, execute test scenarios, and manage defects effectively.

Experience in UAT support, regression testing, and production readiness validation.

Strong attention to detail with excellent issue-tracking and documentation skills.
