The Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer (manual & automated) to ensure the quality and reliability of our SMS, telephony, chatbot, web, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to enhance testing through automation, AI-powered tools, and model-based testing.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute manual & automated test plans for SMS, IVR, chatbots (ML & static), and web apps.
• Identify testing scope, risk areas, and success criteria.

Manual & Automated Testing

• Test functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios across platforms.
• Validate UI/UX, API integrations, and system workflows.
• Perform model-based testing to validate ML-driven chatbot responses.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools) for visual testing & defect prediction.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and industry standards for SMS/chatbots.
• Conduct performance testing for high-volume SMS campaigns.

AI & Machine Learning in QA

• Utilize AI-based automation frameworks for smarter test execution.
• Apply AI-powered defect detection for predictive analytics.
• Implement AI-driven test case generation to optimize test coverage.

Defect Tracking & Reporting

• Log and track issues in Jira with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs efficiently.

Process Improvement

• Propose automation strategies and tool integrations.
• Enhance testing workflows with AI-driven methodologies.

What You Bring

✔ 5+ years of experience in software testing (manual & automated).

✔ Amazon Connect or Contact Center Experience

✔ Strong knowledge of functional, non-functional, and model-based testing.

✔ Expertise in SMS, telephony (IVR), chatbot, and AI-driven testing.

✔ Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestRail, and AI-powered tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl).

✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).

✔ Agile/Scrum experience + solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
