Salesforce QA Engineer (AI-Augmented)


Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join a modern, fast-paced environment focused on quality, automation, and innovation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring platform stability and performance while working with AI-powered testing tools and complex Salesforce implementations across multiple orgs.


The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve testing processes and automation practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test strategies using AI-assisted testing tools
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Test Salesforce components including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Drive automation efforts across releases and maintain test coverage
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Support platform stability, performance validation, and continuous improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years working with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform components
  • Hands-on experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Copado, Selenium, Provar, or similar
  • Comfortable working with AI-driven testing and automation tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Advanced English level


Nice to Have

  • Experience with integrations and API testing (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience working in enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments
