Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of QA/Test Automation experience with hands-on testing of AI/GenAI applications.
• Strong experience in Prompt Testing, Prompt Validation, RAG Testing, and Text-to-SQL testing.
• Expertise in LLM validation, including hallucination detection, accuracy, safety, and response quality assessment.
• Experience testing AI workflows and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong API testing and automation experience using Python or Java with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC authentication testing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills in Agile environments.
