Job Title: QA Engineer ? AI Growth & Agentic Platforms Company: InAgent.ai Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Onsite) About InAgent.ai InAgent.ai is building an AI-first growth engine for founders and sales teams ? an agentic platform that helps automate lead generation, outreach, and growth workflows across channels. As we scale our AI sales and growth agents, we?re looking for a QA Engineer who understands how modern AI/agentic systems behave in the real world and can help us ship fast without breaking things. Role Overview We?re looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who: - Understands agentic platforms, AI workflows, and LLM-based systems. Can own quality across web, backend, and AI workflows. Is comfortable with release management, regression cycles, and sanity checks. Can drive automation testing, not just manual test execution. Has experience designing QA test plans, test cases, and QA checklists from scratch. You?ll work closely with product, engineering, and founders to make sure every release is stable, measurable, and aligned with user expectations. Key Responsibilities- Design, maintain, and execute QA test plans, test scenarios, and QA checklists for: Agentic workflows (multi-step AI/LLM flows) Growth & sales automation journeys Web dashboards, APIs, and integrations Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across environments. Set up and maintain automation test suites (UI/API/Workflow-level, wherever feasible). Validate AI workflows and prompts across typical and edge-case scenarios. Collaborate with engineers on bug reproduction, triaging, and prioritization. Work with the team to define and track quality KPIs (defect leakage, regression stability, release readiness, etc.). Participate in and improve release management: Pre-release sanity - post-production validation Release notes from a QA lens Contribute to and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and documentation. Must-Have Skills & Experience 3?6 years of experience in Software QA / Test Engineering. Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: - Test planning, test strategy, test case design Defect lifecycle & severity/priority classification Regression strategy & smoke/sanity test design Hands-on experience with automation testing (any of: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman + Newman, REST API test tools, etc.). Experience testing SaaS products (web dashboards, APIs, workflows). Exposure to AI/LLM platforms or workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, agent frameworks, workflow tools like n8n/Make/Zapier/Flowise, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with iterative releases and evolving requirements. Strong communication skills and clear documentation habits (test plans, checklists, reports). Good to Have Experience with agentic AI platforms or multi-agent systems. Understanding of prompt-based testing, AI evaluation, or guardrail testing. Experience in project management or release coordination (helping plan sprints, tracking release readiness, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test suites into them.
