Role Description This full-time on-site role as a QA Automation Engineer is based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing test cases, automating test scenarios, performing manual and software testing for web and mobile applications within fintech, e-commerce, or B2C industries. The role requires close collaboration with developers and product managers to ensure quality deliverables, identify bugs, and promote process improvement in an agile environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance, quality standards, and improvement methodologies Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and executing Test Cases Skilled in Manual Testing and related associated techniques Expertise in Software Testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing Experience in QA Automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with web and mobile application development in Fintech, e-commerce, or B2C industries Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex concepts clearly Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
