QA Automation Engineer (Mobile Testing)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer (SDET) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in web and mobile test automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud testing platforms, along with a solid understanding of QA best practices and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. Implement, execute, and optimize automated test suites using Selenium, Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest . Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, CircleCI ). Manage build and dependency tools ( Maven, Gradle ) to streamline automation execution. Utilize test reporting tools ( Allure, Extent, TestNG/JUnit ) to track and analyze results. Leverage mobile cloud testing platforms ( BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm ) for scalability. Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring test coverage aligns with user stories and acceptance criteria. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest . Proficiency in Java ; exposure to Python or JavaScript is a plus. Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, CircleCI). Familiarity with build & dependency management tools (Maven, Gradle). Strong knowledge of Git/Bitbucket for version control. Experience with test reporting tools (Allure, Extent, TestNG/JUnit). Exposure to mobile cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm). Good understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices . Immediate to 15 days joiners, BFSI / Fintech domain is a plus Good-to-Have Skills Experience with API testing frameworks (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI). Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust). Familiarity with containerization & orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
