Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, including the ability to test web and mobile applications. They should be proficient in both functional and non-functional testing methods, ensuring the software meets all requirements and performs optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Test software applications for web and mobile platforms to identify bugs, errors, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute functional and non-functional testing plans to ensure the software meets all requirements.
• Contribute to data collection efforts, analyzing and interpreting results to inform testing strategies and improve software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and develop testing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest testing tools and technologies, including DevOps knowledge, to set up Dockers, handle deployments, and improve efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing methods.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with Docker and deployment.
• Demonstrated interest in sports and ability to contribute to data collection efforts.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
• Experience with security testing and penetration testing.
