We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced Python Software Engineers to support a model-training initiative with a leading AI research organization.

This role is designed for engineers who have built and maintained complex, production-grade Python systems — not just scripts or notebooks, but scalable services, tools, or frameworks deployed in real-world environments.

Role Overview

You will contribute to structured model-training workflows that require deep Python expertise, strong software architecture fundamentals, and the ability to reason clearly about code quality, performance, and maintainability.

This is a high-signal engagement intended for experienced engineers comfortable with technical interviews and rigorous evaluation.

• Decisions are typically communicated within two weeks

Engagement Details

• Approximately 20 hours per week commitment
• Initial contract duration of at least one month
• Strong contributors may receive opportunities for future projects

Compensation
