We work at the intersection of full stack engineering and Generative AI to deliver fast, reliable, and business-ready solutions. Role Overview We are looking for Fresher to 1 year experienced Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building web applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.js , and are excited to leverage Generative AI and No-Code / Low-Code platforms to ship faster. This role is ideal for someone who loves to learn, experiment, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs using Python & FastAPI. Build responsive, modular front-end applications in React.js. Integrate APIs with internal and external systems, including third-party services and SaaS tools. Use GenAI tools (such as Replit, Base44 or similar) and No-Code / Low-Code platforms to accelerate development. Apply basic prompt engineering to work with AI assistants, code generators, and automation tools. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack (backend, frontend, integration). Collaborate with senior developers and business teams to understand requirements and deliver features on time. Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the role. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in software development. Academic projects, personal projects, internships, or GitHub portfolio will be considered. Technical Skills: Good understanding of Python and at least basic experience with FastAPI (or similar frameworks like Flask/Django and willingness to move to FastAPI). Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) Exposure to Git / GitHub or other version control systems. GenAI & No-Code / Low-Code: Willingness and ability to use GenAI tools (e.g. Replit, Base44, or similar) for coding assistance, prototyping, and automation. Interest in working with No-Code / Low-Code platforms to build internal tools and workflows. Basic understanding of prompt engineering ? structuring effective prompts for AI tools. Soft Skills & Attitude: Quick and self-learner with strong curiosity to explore new technologies. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Clear, concise communication and willingness to ask questions when needed. Willingness to work from office (WFO) on a regular basis. Nice to Have Experience working on end-to-end projects (even academic/personal) using Python + React. Familiarity with deployment (e.g., Docker, cloud platforms, or basic CI/CD). Understanding of basic security, authentication, and authorization in web apps (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
