Location: Pune ? Kharadi Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Experience: 4+ Years Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Python Flask API Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our AI/ML engineering team. The role involves building and maintaining high-performance APIs that serve machine learning models, data pipelines, and intelligent automation systems. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Kharadi, Pune . Key Responsibilities API Development Develop, deploy, and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask/FastAPI . Build endpoints for model inference , data processing, and AI workflows. Ensure API performance, security, scalability, and version control. AI/ML Integration Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate models into production APIs. Convert ML models into deployable services with optimized response times. Handle model lifecycle: deployment, scaling, monitoring, and updates. Backend Engineering Write efficient, reusable, and modular Python code. Implement authentication/authorization, logging, rate-limiting, error handling. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). DevOps & Deployment Containerize applications using Docker . Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Deploy and support applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4+ years hands-on backend development experience using Python. Strong experience with Flask or FastAPI . Solid understanding of REST API architecture . Experience deploying or integrating ML models in production is a strong advantage. Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases. Experience with Docker, Git, Linux, and CI/CD. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong debugging, optimization, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and ability to work in a team-driven environment. Nice-to-Have Exposure to MLOps , model serving frameworks, or ML pipelines. Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Celery, or Redis queues. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of FastAPI, GraphQL, or Kubernetes. Education Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Why Join Us?
