A staffing and HR services firm serving clients across India’s technology and enterprise software sectors is hiring an on-site Python Developer to join customer-facing engineering teams. The role is fully on-site in India and focuses on building scalable web applications, backend services, and API-driven systems for enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django following best-practice patterns.
• Build and document RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure secure data exchange across systems.
• Write efficient SQL queries and schema designs for PostgreSQL to support high-throughput transactional workloads.
• Implement automated tests (unit and integration), participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality and reliability.
• Containerize applications and support deployment workflows; collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD and release processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot production issues, and provide timely bug fixes and performance improvements.
