You can read more about us here : https://www.tequity.tech/ Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Python frameworks, cloud environments, and software architecture best practices. ? Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, ? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. ? Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions. ? Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design. ? Implement and manage integrations with third-party APIs and microservices. ? Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. ? Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Required Skills & Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? 4+ years of professional experience in Python development. ? Strong experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. ? Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming. ? Good knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and ORM frameworks. ? Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. ? Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services. ? Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices. ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
