Responsibilities

Job description:

 Build data pipelines processing millions of payment transactions daily

 Develop REST APIs for merchant products and partner integrations

 Write reconciliation scripts matching transactions across networks

 Partner with product and data teams to ship clean Python code

 Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and observability

 Investigate data discrepancies and resolve them through automation

 Participate in code reviews and raise the engineering quality bar

 Write clear documentation so teammates can rely on your work

Skills And Qualification

 Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

 1-3 years of Python development, ideally in fintech or data products

 Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka)

 Production REST API experience (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)

 Comfort writing reconciliation logic against large datasets

 Solid SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL a plus

 Working knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD

 Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and message queues

 Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and testable code

 Excellent communication; can explain trade-offs clearly

 Bonus: card payments, settlement, or financial reconciliation
