Are you excited to join our team as Python Developer ?

As a Python Developer at SmartQ, you will contribute to the software development life cycle, including requirements of analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. You will develop software solutions, build algorithms and features based on project needs, and create automation scripts to streamline repetitive processes. If you are a dynamic and results-oriented Python Developer with experience working in MNC environments, we invite you to join SmartQ and make an impact at the intersection of food and technology.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Designing and architecting the entire projects from a backend perspective by understanding the current architectures and by following the industry's best practice in doing the same.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic.
• Building backend for Mobile application.
• Building reusable codes and libraries for future use.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions and Lambda functions.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes.
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting.
• Setup and administration of backups and output data in different formats.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving & Distributed computing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience as a backend developer.
• Educational background includes a degree (B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of popular AWS services and components.
• Knowledge on writing restful APIs
• Profound knowledge in Serverless design pattern (Lambda ,API gateway etc).
• Familiarity with Django or Webapp2 or Flask or similar web app frameworks.
• Good to have experience in working with NoSQL DB.
• Experience in implementing Lambda functions
• Familiarity with System design (Good to have).
• AWS Certification (good to have).
• Knowledge of Google App engine (Good to have) Internal.
