Hey everyone! 👋

We've partnered with an early-stage stealth mode fintech startup (with great funding) that are building a fully automated/AI powered trading system for real world prediction markets (think Polymarket but with a real B2B focus).

This company are brand new to Dubai and they're now building their team from scratch - starting with multiple Python Engineers to join their founding team here in the region. To put it bluntly, these roles would be perfect for those of you that are:

+ Passionate about the world of trading/fintech.

+ Real 0-1 builders.

+ Excited about joining a company on day one of their journey.

👇 Here's what they're looking for:

• 2+ years' commercial experience with Python (alongside AI coding tools like Windsurf or Cursor).
• Startup mindset/experience and comfortable building from scratch (0-1 building).
• A strong understanding of either AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Proven commercial experience in a quant / trading role, although fintech experience more generally also works.
• Someone who's already here within the UAE (ideally).
