Job Summary

Python Lead with 10–12 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python. To lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend applications while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Python applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers on best coding practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical issues.
• Required Skills
• 10–12 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience in backend development and REST API development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
