Job Title: Python Developer Location: Pune, India Company: Insightzz (MLIT 18 TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED) Industry: AI & Computer Vision | Robotics | Industrial Automation Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Insightzz is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. You will contribute to developing high-performance solutions for computer vision and industrial automation projects. This role involves end-to-end development, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering robust, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python applications for AI, Computer Vision, and automation. Implement strong OOP principles, efficient data structures, and multi-thread/multi-process operations. Build UI components using PyQt , and develop backend services using Django or Flask . Work in Linux environments for development, debugging, and deployment. Contribute to full project lifecycles: requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best software development practices. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor?s degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (Computers) or related field. 2?4 years of experience in Python development and computer vision?related projects. Strong proficiency in: Python Programming & OOP PyQt / Django / Flask Data Structures Multithreading & Multiprocessing Linux (development & troubleshooting) Familiarity with tools and workflows used in Computer Vision and AI projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven record of project delivery. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with OpenCV, NumPy, or deep learning frameworks.
