Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend applications using Python and Django
• Implement asynchronous operations to significantly enhance application performance and responsiveness
• Design and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using SQL databases and ElasticSearch
• Apply expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex technical challenges and improve application efficiency
• Implement and manage messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis for robust inter-service communication
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases to ensure high code quality and thorough test coverage
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for system architecture and module design
• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development
• Strong understanding of the Django framework and asynchronous programming principles
• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and ElasticSearch for data management
• Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
• Experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis
• Proven ability to write and execute comprehensive unit test cases

Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies
