SDE 2 ? We are looking for a passionate SDE 2 ? Backend (Python) to join our engineering team and contribute to designing scalable backend systems that power Hexalog?s technology platform. Key Responsibilities ? Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python. ? Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to build and enhance logistics technology solutions. ? Write efficient, reusable, and testable code ensuring high performance and responsiveness. ? Work on system design, architecture, and implementation for large-scale distributed systems. ? Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. ? Ensure security, data protection, and compliance in backend systems. ? Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. ? Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers. ? Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and standards. Requirements ? 3?5 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). ? Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles. ? Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). ? Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). ? Knowledge of asynchronous programming and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Celery). ? Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. ? Good command of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ? Prior experience in logistics-tech, SaaS platforms, or large-scale distributed systems. ? Familiarity with GraphQL and event-driven architecture. ?
