About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for building robust web applications, developing automation solutions for internal workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects.

Key Responsibility:

▸ Design, develop, and maintain Python-based web applications and automation tools using frameworks like Django / Flask / Fast API.

▸ Build and manage automation tools for internal business workflows.

▸ Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and deliver complete features.

▸ Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.

▸ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and automation scripts.

▸ Work with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) for data storage and retrieval.

▸ Assist in system design and architecture decisions for new features.

Required Skills:

▸ Strong proficiency in Python (1+ year hands-on experience).

▸ Experience with at least one web framework (Django, Flask, or Fast API).

▸ Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

▸ Working experience with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

▸ Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

▸ Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for frontend integration.

▸ Ability to write automation scripts for business processes.

Good communication skills

Good To Have

▸ Experience with task queues (Celery, Redis).

▸ Exposure to Docker / Linux / cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

▸ Knowledge of pandas, openpyxl, or other data processing libraries.

▸ Experience in building workflow automation or ERP-type systems.
